still.A LITTLE ROOM TO BREATHE
COME BACK TO YOURSELF

A softer pace.
One breath away.

You don’t have to quiet the whole world.
Just make a little space in yours.

3:00/YOUR MOMENT OF STILLNESS

Relax your shoulders. Let your breath come gently.

Small pauses. More room.

You can return for one breath or a few minutes.
There’s no perfect way to feel.

Keep your breath comfortable, never forced.
If you feel dizzy or uneasy, stop and breathe naturally.

A GENTLE APPROACH

Follow your comfort.

Sit or stand comfortably, soften your shoulders, and breathe gently. The timer is a guide; shorten the count if you need to.

Holds are optional. Choose a rhythm without holds if they feel uncomfortable. Stop if you feel dizzy, breathless, or more anxious, and return to your natural breath.

Practice when you can safely pause, never while driving. Breathing may help with everyday stress; it cannot guarantee calm in every situation or replace mental health care.

BEHIND THE PRACTICE

Simple rhythms. Thoughtful roots.

Still takes inspiration from Calm’s visual breathing timers and Headspace’s short, approachable breathwork sessions. It is an independent app.

The exercises are gentle pacing guides, not prescriptions. Different people respond differently; use whichever rhythm feels comfortable.

Regular practice can be helpful. Brief pauses offer a starting point, without a promise of instant relief.
